2025-2026 Open Enrollment:

Techo-Bloc is heading into our annual open enrollment period. As a reminder, this is the one time of year when you can make changes to your health insurance plans without a qualifying life event.

Open enrollment for the July 2025 – June 2026 plan year is June 13, 2025 to June 25, 2025. Changes made during this time will have an effective date of July 1, 2025. This year will be a passive enrollment, which means your elections from last year will remain the same unless you login to make changes. If you participate in the Health Savings Account, please make sure to login to confirm your contributions. Those who do not currently have coverage and do not enroll by this date will not receive benefits for the 2025 – 2026 plan year.

A few things you should know:

  • Medical premiums have increased, driven by both increased demand for health services and the general rise in healthcare expenses. We made every effort to limit the impact while continuing to offer a strong health plan with a wide and flexible provider network.
  • Dental premiums have increased, but Techo-Bloc was able to negotiate minor increases for the dental plan.
  • There is no price change for our vision and supplemental insurance plans.
  • Premiums are paid through weekly payroll deductions.
  • If you do not make changes, your current coverages will roll over to the new plan year (except for your HSA contribution).
  • HSA contributions will not roll over for the new plan year unless you actively go in and select your desired contribution amount.
  • Enrollment will take place through your UKG portal, which can be accessed by visiting https://t12.ultipro.ca/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f. Once in UKG, select “Manage My Benefits” under the Benefits tab to begin the Open Enrollment process. This is best completed from a laptop or desktop computer.

The chart below will provide you with updated weekly plan costs:

Open Enrollment Happens Only Once a Year – Don't Miss Your Chance – Transdev Employee Hub

2025 OPEN ENROLLMENT LAUNCH

Techo-Bloc went to market this year with the goal of continuing to offer both quality coverage and reliable service. Due to rising overall healthcare costs and increased demand for health services, there will be a rate adjustment to our benefits premiums starting July 1, 2025. While we were able to negotiate competitive rates, the increase was ultimately necessary to maintain the level of benefits and service you and your family rely on.

While these adjustments are necessary to sustain the quality of the plan, we continue to review options to ensure we’re getting the best possible value. We are keeping the same providers for all benefits.

Open Enrollment for the July 2025 – June 2026 plan year will take place from June 13, 2025 – June 25, 2025! Changes made during this time will have an effective date of July 1, 2025. This is your only opportunity to elect benefits during the year, unless you experience a qualifying life event such as marriage, divorce or the birth of a child. We invite you to carefully review each benefit plan and choose the one that is right for you and your family.

While we strongly encourage everyone to participate in Open Enrollment to make sure you have proper coverages. This will be a passive enrollment year, which means your elections from last year (aside from you HSA contribution) will remain the same unless you login to make changes. If you participate in the Health Savings Account, please make sure to login to confirm your contributions. Please note – if you do not re-elect your HSA contributions, it will not rollover; only the employer portion will rollover.

In the coming days, we will be sharing plan rates, a benefits enrollment guide and information on how to complete the Open Enrollment process. On-site sessions will be available for those with questions or who need assistance completing their enrollment.

New rates will be made available in PlanSource on June 13th; please do not try to make changes prior to the open enrollment start date. If you have other questions before Open Enrollment begins, please don’t hesitate to reach out to one of our HR team members.
